Closed Return by Mistake
I inadvertently closed a return. Now, it keeps insisting that the return is closed and it won't give me the option to open a new return. Any ideas? Thanks.

Closed returns cannot be reopened on eBay.
You may have some recourse through your payment method, though terms may vary.

Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
