I accidentally chose the wrong title for my return and it was denied. Now I'm not allowed to correct that information. The item doesn't fit the description and I should have read down further and picked that reason for the return. Now that I've chose wrong product, I'm not allowed to reopen the return, because I made a mistake. This isn't right. It needs to be addressed and my case needs to be re-opened for return

Unfortunately, once you close a return it cannot be reopened.
At this point, you'll have to work with your credit card company to ask about a chargeback.
