i accidentally closed a return, how do i reopen it?

Unfortunately, once you close a return it cannot be reopened nor can another one be initiated. Really sorry that happened.

is there a way i can contact ebay and have them reopen it.

You can certainly try contacting eBay ... I am not aware of them reopening closed returns ... but who knows.
