Closed refund
I reached out for a refund on an item that was never delivered. I reached out to the seller AND eBay. Both never responded and I spaced it due to the holidays. They closed the request without a refund and I can’t find an email address or a way to contact eBay about the refund.

Mentor8 months agoIf you open an ebay case for an Item Not Received and you do not get your item or refund within three days of doing so, you have to go back to the case and ask ebay to step in. Otherwise, the case expires. You will now have to open a case through the payment processor.
