Closed my account so can't contact seller
I bought a GB4000 rife frequency machine in Feb. 2024 and received it within 2 weeks and setup the device then read the manuals before using it. After using the device for over a month I have questions about the device because I believe it's not working as described. The problem is that I closed the old account where the purchase was made because I wasn't planning on purchasing anything else from eBay. Since the original purchasing account is closed there is no history of my purchase. I opened a new eBay account so I could get eBay to help but only got automated responses that were not useful.
