Closed issue
A buyer purchased a couple of items from me. They said one item wasn’t a size 14, which is the only size I wear. It was a brand new Luella Mac. I had charged for the Mac at a discount and given a worn blazer for free. So I asked for the item to be returned that didn’t fit. I was then told the item had been sent to charity as eBay had advised twice to do this. So I paid for a buyer to take my goods for free, pay for the postage and never receive a return. I raised the issue and case was closed by eBay. Please advise as this is a flaw in the system, and has put me off of ever selling on eBay again.

It isn't clear what happened . . . are you saying that you issued a refund before you had the returned item in your hands?
