Closed complaint
Hi I had filed a complaint against a seller that just was not shipping my items and Ebay said to work it out with the seller so the seller promised me that she would get the items out upon returning from her vacation on July 6 and so she asked me to close the case which I did Against my better judgment… I know now that I should’ve waited until the items were shipped before I closed it…and so now I’m aware that Ebay wont help me and she is still jerking my chain and is promising to get the item out but never gets them shipped what are my options now?

Mentor2 years ago@chickadee.2006 Sorry that the seller tricked you. Never close a case unless you have been made whole. Also cases time out after 21 days and close automatically unless you ask eBay step in and force a refund before then.
The only option you have now is a credit card or bank charge back. You can not open a new case on eBay.

You should have listened to your better judgment. Once you close a case, you cannot reopen it.
If you funded your payment through PayPal, open a case there. Otherwise, contact your credit card company.
