Closed case no in my favor/ didnt recieve item
I ordered a pair of shoes on ebay and I did not recieve them. I made a claim with Paypal which is what I made the purchase with since my debit is linked to my account. On the tracking it shows as “ Pkg Misisng “ so my package is obviously missing and it never got delivered. Paypal closed this in the favor of the seller and now I cant open a claim with Ebay. Any help ?

Mentor2 years ago@coolkid408 Right, U have to try with eBay first, then move on if u r not satisfied w eBay's decision.
Appeal the paypal decision and or dispute the cc charge
