closed case but I have new information / buyer
Ebay closed this dispute even though we never received the item. They were told we never received the item. They say it was delivered to the correct address. Soo today I went to the post office and the lady looked up the tracking number and she looked at my drivers license and asked me if thats the address I live at and I said yes. She said the package did NOT go to that address but refused to tell what address it went to. Do I have any recourse or am i just out 100 bucks?

What you may need is a statement that the package did NOT have your name and address on it, which would make you the victim of the 'Fake tracking number scam'. Once you have that ... it's easiest to contact your credit card company and request a chargeback.
Just knowing that the item wasn't delivered to your address doesn't mean that you'd be entitled to a refund, as it could be only a 'misdelivery'.

When this happened to me recently, my post office provided me a document stating that the tracking number for the shipment did NOT match my address, but was attached to an address elsewere within my zip code .
I managed to appeal the case to ebay and provided the documentation and was able to receive my refund.
