Closed Business Bank Acct and cant get money Ive received from last auctions

Ive got a credit from the last items I sold but closed the business bank account and have since unlisted any items, but it wont let me receive my final payout on another debit card since it doesnt match business name. And seems you cannot contact Ebay besides a virtual assistant. Tia for any help.

@harls1 . Just wanted to clarify that the new checking account must be in the same exact name as your eBay account.

Hi @harls1

Unfortunately, you NEED a bank account to have payments sent to you. A stand alone debit card will not work. You will need to add a bank account to get paid through eBay.

And yes, the name on the bank account has to match the name on your eBay account ... I assume since you did it previously you know how to do it again.
