I’m trying to change my payout method with my new banking information to chase. I closed my old account through bank of america and i no longer have access to the account number. when i try to change the banking info to my new chase one it has me verify my old banking information though signing in to bank of america. but when i sign in it says “we couldn’t find a matching account†only because that account is closed. It needs me to authorize my old account to confirm my new one but it’s no longer open. How do i change my banking info if they can’t find a matching account on bank of america ?
