closed a return by accident - could not print label

Question

I started a return, got to the point where I was ready to print the label. When I went to put the label in the printer to print it out, I bumped the laptop and poof! It went away.

The printing window disappeared and I could not print it.

So I went back to the return details and it showed me a tracking number, but I have no label to put on the package.

Stupidly I "closed out the return" hoping I could start over. Not so. The seller has not responded.

How do I get back to returning this item if I closed it out???

You could have easily reprinted the label. However, since you closed the return you can not reopen it. You can open a new return with the payment processor, but you will now have to pay and print your own return label.

Why were you returning the item?

ALSO - there was no label in the print Queue - I checked. Is there no way to call Ebay or the seller????
