close my account

Question

I am tyring to close my account. They say I owe them money and when I go to the link to pay it it

says I can't do it now, try later. (For two day.) They re charging my credit card for use of the account when I've been trying to close it for a month. Any suggestions?

Click on "Automated chat" on the left side of the screen. (Yes, really.)

Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".
