Dear community
I have been trying to close my account for the last year. I have 0.34 cents that eBay owes me but I no longer live in the country so it can not be refunded. I have contacted eBay support numerous times and they have said that it will be closed. It has not happened. How does one escalation this so I can have my account closed? I have full records of all contact and reference numbers. Ebay can have my .34 cents! I just want my account closed.
