Close a claim to get a refund
I have a seller who asked me to close a claim so that they can refund me. Can I do that without any problems later?

Do not close the claim. The seller does not need you to do that to refund. If you do close it you will not be able to reopen it or open another one.

Don't close the claim. It's a trick to get rid of you.
Try to get eBay to step in. After 3 full business days the option appears in your Purchase History, in the drop down menu next to the item.
