Client wants to cancel.
How can I speak to an Ebay representative when I am in a bind when there is no way to communicate with anyone with eBay because they dont offer an option.
The client wants to cancel his order and I am OKAY with him canceling it however there isn't an option for me to return the USPS shipping label I created thru eBay so the buyer can cancel his order ., Can you help please.
Any ideas on how to handle this situation.

Mentor1 year agoYou can go to the sold transaction and file a cancellation for Buyer requested. Then you can go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
You can Void/cancel the shipping label. You have 28 days to do so. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
