Client wants a refund due to customs tax
Iv been selling on eBay for years and recently a client refuses to pay customs tax on an item he bought from me . He wants to return it and insists on a full refund.. he has over a 1400 positive ratings. So how is he not aware of customs tax?
My item was listed as free shipping (it cost me $110 to send it) and it will cost me to get it back ..
How do I resolve this? Also my from my experience, eBays Ai isn't very helpfull. I noticed that clients with higher ratings usually win their cases.
How do I proceed with this?
