Client want to return item
Hello! Please advise! I sold some men shoes on eBay end of December and client would love to return. Shoes was wore 2-3 times but client still want to return. On listing description I provide all info and photos. Client decide to purchase. So from listing price eBay charge fee, label price + adv fee also and I just got 50% from listing price but right now I need pay back full amount. Its look like scam to me. I am new on eBay. Please any advised will appreciate. What action I need to take! Thank you!!
