Mentor2 years ago@barnacle_luffy Classified ads are only available in SELECT categories and you have to use the Advanced Listing Tool in seller hub. What is the item you are trying to list?
You will know you are using the New Listing Tool when you see the option to add a short video in the photo section.
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. Open your Draft here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts
4. To create a new listing go to your active listings page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.
Then you select Classified from the drop down menu in the Pricing drop down menu on the listing tool.

The fee you see at the bottom of the screen when listing a classified ad is due even if the item doesn't sell. However there are not any final value fees for Classified ads. There are notice fees for Land, Manufactured, and Timeshare homes in addition to the listing fee if the listing sells.
