Clarification
I am writing to request clarification regarding a recent sale on my account. The item in question was sold for about $760.00 with the buyer covering $17.00 for shipping. However, in my payouts, I noticed that the shipping cost of $17.00 was deducted from my earnings, resulting in a negative balance. Additionally, I observed a charge of about 70.00 for an ad fee, which I did not authorize.
how do I get this reinstated to my account

Mentor9 months agoWhen you sell an item on Ebay you DO authorize being charged a selling fee/Final Value Fee if your item sells.

Regarding the shipping, YOU pay to ship the item to the buyer. The buyer paid you (through Ebay) for the shipping charges shown on the listing.
