Claims to have received item broken
The item was wrapped with bubble tape then another layer of plastic wrap, wedged in between Styrofoam with packing paper stuffed in the gaps. Buyer claims poor packaging and sent a picture of broken item that was in the box different from what it was packaged. Anyone have any claims like this that they felt were false.
