Claims didn’t get item but show received.
I got a notification that a buyer said they didn’t get an item. But usps tracking says it was delivered the day before she submitted the claim. I have responded to buyer 4 times with the same information. Two things have happened, I keep getting notifications to send message to buyer and then one time it says the buyer is no longer valid.
I have emailed support 3 days ago and haven’t heard back. Any advise.

Once a Buyer opens an Item Not Received refund request, all you need to do is enter/confirm the tracking number that shows that the package was delivered. You only have three business days to do that.
Once eBay confirms it's been delivered, they should close the case in your favor. That can take about ten days.

You could contact eBay to check the status of the Buyer and ask them if they can close the case.
