Can someone give me the registered address of eBay UK so I can send a county court summons too.

Mentor2 years agoeBay has a money back guarantee for items that are not as described. Have you tried that?

If you have waited past the thirty days from item receipt, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase. But try going through eBay first if you can.
