CITY AND STATE IN SAME ADDRESS BOX
Hi! a buyer has the city and state in the same Address field for their shipping address. I am able to edit and delete it. The CITY and STATE are already filled, but I am unable to print the label because they put everything in one field (the address box). Do I cancel the order, refund and have them reorder or can I just delete the CITY and STATE that's already in the address. Again, the CITY and STATE boxes and ZIPCODES fields are already completed. Thanks!

Mentor1 year ago@irundeclutterme Cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer. Relist so that they can pay again and put in the correct address at checkout.
A seller is required by eBay to ship to the address provided at checkout and you can't edit it or you lose seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
