Chrome book
Bought chrome book and when I opened it the screen had a scratch across the screen and was told by the seller to return it for refund and still no refund and seller keeps saying he is working to get it to me and still no refund. It has been almost two months and seller name is M1hud86

If you filed the Ebay Return Request, it has been too long to ask Ebay to step in to help you.
You can contact the funding source you used to pay for the chrome book and ask about a refund if you have proof that the item has been received by the seller.
