Christmas Air Fryer purchased - five months on it doesn't work. No response from message to seller
ebay do not wish to be involved. The seller is still selling the air fryer. No human being to speak to. Can go on a chat line if I live in the USA or Canada. No idea where we go from here - Small Claims Court? Any help would be much appreciated. Have spent hours and hours trying to get a response. Absolute nightmare.

If you paid through PayPal, you have 180 days to open a case. Otherwise, check with your credit card company to see if you're within the chargeback period there.
