How can I get this problem resolved? I don't have to wait all that time I would like the refund method I chose. This happened one other time. When I chose this type of refund, I got the eBay gift card credited to my account several days later, not an hour after being scanned at the post office

It's not clear what you're asking - refunds go back to your payment source, unless you choose to have the refund by eBay Gift Card. If it's taking too long, don't choose that option, or is something else going on.
