Choosing Who Gets My Offer
I recently received an offer that I was unable to respond to within the 23 hour window. I found that eBay makes it nearly impossible to extend an offer to the buyer whose offer you let expire. All I can do is send offers to “interested†users, but I have no control over who receives this offer. It is completely the decision of eBay’s automated system. And the user who last sent me an offer is never on the list of users who receive my offer. Why isn’t someone who just sent me an offer in the past 24 hours considered to be interested?
Why do I have no control over which “interested†users receive my offer?
