Choosing shipping options as a seller
I recently revived my eBay account as a seller. It’s been going well, I have a lot of listings and sales are picking up. I encountered an issue yesterday, was hoping it’ll resolve itself, but it’s persisting. I suspect I clicked something on my end, but I’m not sure how to fix it.
Normally when I create a listing it asks me what shipping service/s I’d like to offer. It asks how much the item weighs, size of box, etc. Of course these can be adjusted later, but this gives the buyer a price they can expect to pay for shipping.
The past ten listings or so, it only offers me “Ship with EBay” no label required, etc. I don’t want that option. I want to choose the shipping method and details.
What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried to create listings several different ways with no luck. I usually create listings on the app, but have tried on a computer and encountered the same issue. I have a bunch of things to list and am stuck now. (I sell on my personal account. I'm considering switching to a business, but for now, I'd like to continue as a personal account.)
