Chinese sellers using usa addresses.
I think that Ebay should screen there sellers more closely, this CRAP of buying Items that are misrepresented on there on-line sites, and then having to negotiate with these Chinese companies just to get half of your cost back, when it is there fault for the incorrect size. And then for them to say that they are from the USA simply because they have some sort of office in California, but when you want to return something, they insist you send it back to china at your own cost. These companies should be black balled or banned from selling on Ebay sites. Or have Ebay screen these sites more closely, making sure they have an exchange policy with in the continental United States.
