Chinese seat belt safety issue

Question

I purchased seatbelt retractor and pretensioner that gets disconnected if I raise the seat. I opened a case on day 33 and seller has closed it. eBay help does not have option for eBay to step in. It cost $100 and I have a seat belt that doesn’t work. How do I get this fixed? Seller is still selling this item

If you are outside that window of time you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source, PayPal, credit card, etc.
