Chinese language barrier
Having trouble communicating with sellers out of country. Going to switch to Amazon for buying it's a shame I can't choose before I buy. They have a us address but then EVERTHING COMES FROM CHINA!

THAT is definitely a common policy violation that we see from Sellers in that region. You can use the question mark link on the eBay page on one of those Sellers' listing and report them or try this link.

Really sorry to hear that you are moving your Buying power to another venue because Sellers on eBay are not being vetted for item location violations.
