Chinese buyer , us address
I’ve sold two items today, both two different people same address in Portland, Oregon, although the buyer is in China. I don’t know if it’s safe to send these.

Mentor5 months agoYour buyer is using a freight forwarder located in Oregon, which has no sales tax. Your obligation ends when tracking shows Delivered to the freight forwarder. The buyer loses the Money Back Guarantee when the item is then shipped to him/her.
