China location and product location.

Question

I have used the search location as "US Only" and have noticed that China companies are using a U.S. city to ship from. The product is supposed to be at that location to be shipped. When you place an order from them, they use Talent Fortune Inc. as a shipper to USPS. What they say is a 2 to 3 day shipping is more like 3 weeks delivery. It appears that China companies are shipping the products when you order from them. Why is Ebay allowing these companies to get around the search field. You might as well just leave it at "Default" location. China has found a way around using "US Only" location of items. I have had this problem several times now. When looking at the company location, NY. But look under About and it says Location China.

That's one of the many reasons I don't order from sellers located in China. (You can tell their country of registration by looking at their feedback page - which you should look at for EVERY purchase anyway to see what experiences other buyers are having.)

When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

Don't fall for any of the many stories these sellers come up with to stall you from taking action.
