Does Ebay require "Children's Product Certificates" from the manufacturer in order to sell toys/dolls?

Manufacturers and importers of children’s products must certify, in a written Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) based on test results from a CPSC-accepted laboratory, that their children’s products comply with applicable children’s product safety rules. The CPC and supporting test reports must be in English.

I tried looking at your link and the page states “Acess Denied. You do not have permission to access this page.â€
I was interested in what it says, as Ive sold several Corolle dolls here and wasn’t aware we needed to do anything special.

I just clicked on the link, and ebay states that I will be taken off site, so I click on that, and I am taken to the site.
Since you are NOT the manufacturer of that doll, I do not think you need a certificate.
