I was interested in what it says, as Ive sold several Corolle dolls here and wasn’t aware we needed to do anything special.

I just clicked on the link, and ebay states that I will be taken off site, so I click on that, and I am taken to the site.
Since you are NOT the manufacturer of that doll, I do not think you need a certificate.
