CHICKEN COOP FALLING APART
I purchased a CHICKEN COOP FROM easyliving-us. This coop cost me $145.00 +$11.96 Tax from easyliving-us. This is a very cheep coop. The wooden slats for the roof came off. i contacted the seller who finally said the would refund my money they ask me first to give then a positive feed back. I told them I could not do this until I received a refund and I would give a feed back the they worked with me and gave me a refund. They refused to refund me after sending pictures of the coop falling apart. I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AS THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO THIR WORD AND THE COOPS ARE BASICALLY JUNK.

Mentor2 years agoYou were right to refuse to leave feedback in order t get help from the seller. You can report the seller for that by either using the report option in the Actions dropdown in the message or here:

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
