Checkout screen
I can't reach the checkout screen. I want to purchase something, and whenever I click buy now, the checkout screen always says that my connection has been reset, and I can't buy it. I've tried different browsers, different accounts, different devices, and clearing my cache and cookies. Does anyone know what I can do?

OP1 year agoFor anyone that sees this, my problem was fixed my intimidating the website by having a customer service agent on the phone and going back to the page.

There seems to be a developing issue with this problem. There are multiple posts about it.
I have just asked some eBay Team members about it.
Just know that it isn't you.
