Checkout page claims seller won't ship to my address despite the contrary being true. Seller and I are at a loss. What to do?
Hello there,
I am very confused at what is supposed to be going on here. I tried to purchase an item that the seller will indeed ship to my address, but I am unable to buy, make or accept offers etc. on the item, because eBay claims the seller won't ship to my address. I have already contacted the seller and both of us have contacted customer service without success. Any help?

A message that says the seller will not ship to your location may mean that the seller does not have a valid shipping method specified for your location, or there may be import or export laws preventing certain items or categories of items to be shipped.
It may be that the seller has entered shipping information incorrectly, so that the shipping method is not compatible with the item's specified weight or dimensions, or the particular item does not qualify for that shipping method.
Some buyers run into problems buying from overseas and using freight forwarders, or when using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network connections which can alter the buyer's apparent location.
