Recently, attempted to check out with three items and keeps telling me to enter correct payment information which was then entered several times. It seems it recognizes my payment method (debit) but will not process it. It must be some kind of bug or something wrong with the app. But currently unable to purchase anything from ebay at the moment.

Mentor4 months agoYou are a new user, so you will have buying limits. Is it possible you have exceeded that amount?

OP4 months agoactually just resolved it, I just had to add the payment method through the "WEBSITE" (from the first reply), which then added it to the app. Definitely needs some kind of patch tbh.

OP4 months agoIt won't even let me edit or update my payment methods and screenshot is not allowed in the app so I can't show the exact error.
typically I deselect the option to use my card for future purchases.
