Checking account change
Hello I'm trying to update my checking account information and it's asking on the last screen for my old checking account information which I have no idea and I can't get in touch with them I do all the steps I press delete add and it takes it all then the last last screen it says that I desperately need help I'm waiting for this to get paid

Mentor1 week agoIs it possible to simply leave it as is and add, not edit, your new information? You could then default all payments to the new account.

There is no way around this requirement.
If you don’t have an old statement, call your old bank and ask for a copy of your final statements. This is not an unusual request - they should have no problem helping you.
