I checked out as a guest but forgot already had an account associated with my email address. The item came broken, if I try to return it it asks me to register, then says I’m already registered, but as I checked out as a guest the item is not in my account, as such I can’t contact the seller. If I try customer service it sends me down the same path and I’m stuck in a loop. Is there a general customer service contact? I can’t seem to get to someone without being sent back to my account that has no record of my purchase…
