What happens when you try to check out?
Have you tried different browsers, or the eBay app?
Have you tried different payment methods? Credit card? Debit card? PayPal? Balance?
Have you tried purchasing from a different seller?
Have you tried completing your purchase on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com?
Have you tried checking out as a guest (while not signed in)?
