Cheapest Way to Ship
Hello - I am ramping up on selling and would like to have suggestions for the cheapest shipping options. I prefer USPS but open to other options.

Mentor3 weeks agoKeep in mind that shipping is expensive no matter who you use and getting more expensive everyday. The shipping carriers seem to adjust rates up three times each year.
For what you seem to be listing USPS is probably going to be the most economical in general. If you use Ground Advantage shipping you need to be aware that for any items with a weight of under one pound the USPS will charge the 15.99ounce rate for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the Territories and to Rural Area zip codes no matter what the actual weight is. However, for items between three and five pounds they have lowered the shipping charges somewhat. So it is going to be up to what you are selling.

Mentor3 weeks agoI prefer USPS as well, as I can take my packages to 3 different post offices depending on what I am doing that day. Since I ship light weight items, I find that their prices are more cost effective than UPS or Fed Ex, which are good for heavier packages (like 6 pounds or heavier), but their locations are more out of the way.
