-Is that the only purchase you have made on eBay?
-Your account is new so what you can do if the item(s) you received do not match pictures or description you can file a claim for that reason via the item in your purchase history (not as described). eBay will issue you a pre-paid shipping label charged to the Seller and you can return the item(s). The Seller will have 2 days to refund you once they receive the items back, if they don't you can go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

-It is your choice to use or not use eBay in the future but if you do what is advised above within 30 days of receiving the item(s) you will at least be able to get your money back.
