Cheap imitation merchandise!
I ordered a lot of four bracelets recently that were advertised as "Vintage Czech." They finally arrived today -- almost a week later than projected. I am SO disappointed in the quality! I don't think they are either Vintage OR Czech! They look like cheap imitation costume jewelry! The seller doesn't accept returns, and now I understand why! I don't even care if I get a refund -- I just want this seller exposed! I've been an Ebay member for probably 20 years, and this is the first time I've run into such a blatant fraud! Maybe this is just a "live and learn" situation. Have any of you ever had this experience, and what did you do?

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. This overrides "no returns" and seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
