Chat with an agent

Question

I'm an international customer, how can I chat with a customer service agent? eBay's useless AI only offers me the Call option, but it's only available in North America.

The chat service is sometimes unavailable, presumably due to volume, so I recommend using eBay's social media channels to chat with them if needed. They can take a little while to respond, but they are good resources if needed.
