Chat Support
Is chat support broken or something? It keeps only referring me to a phone call despite extensively specifying numerous times that I want to chat with somebody as in speaking in writing so that there is less confusion. No matter what I tell the support tool or menu I select it is refusing to allow me to speak to chat support for the first time in over 5 years of using eBay.
