Hi, I should send till 22 April broken on several places item back according to return request open by me as a buyer and after that receive full refund back, but unfortunately I cannot send the item back. I unexpectedly ended up in the hospital with serious heart problems and am under the supervision and treatment of doctors and it is not yet known when I will be able to return to normal life.
Additionally please be informed that doctors forbid me to talk on the phone, so I tried many times to contact an agent via Ebay chat, but the Ebay automatized assistant only offers me phone calls. Please help me to send email or contact to Ebay team in order to explain them my problems. Also Seller said me that he don't need broken item back and I don't need to send it back. Thank you in advance for your support & advise.

If you have received a full refund then there is nothing else you need to do.
You are under no obligation to return the item legally OR under eBay rules.
The seller said they didn't want the item back so the case is closed once you received the refund.

Have they refunded you?
Everything you need to know and do about the return request can be found in the dispute/return claim you opened.
Perhaps you could find a friend or relative that would be willing to return it for you. However, if the seller refunds you, there is no need to do anything else.
