Chat bot has been out of order for two days
I have a problem with a return - my fault, I was trying to be helpful and refunded with out asking the buyer to open a return. Now they have gone radio silent.
I am trying to get help from ebay but can't get past the bots. Now the entire chat system is grayed out. I'd love to enter a screenshot but can't figure out how here. Oh yeah, in desperation I submitted a question via Facebook and got a response asking me to verify my account through the chat, but I think the first response level is a chat bot too as it keeps asking me to do the same thing.
Help? This is $250 dollars worth of merchandise.
