charity donation set up?
Hello. I'm a new seller and believe I had set up my account to take the 10% charity donation to Cancer Research off. But when I posted a new item, a message came up that I can't use the donation as previous donations haven't come off. This is the first I've heard of this.
But, more importantly, I can't find in all the lists and menus where to turn the charity donation ON so it is automatic. I go around and around and get nowhere.
Any help?
